Among the three different models of the Planus Dolusavar, our 4.0 PG model, which is the only mobile model, has moved from the development stage to the production stage with a system that eliminates the need to disassemble and reassemble the chimney during relocation to another site.
It can be transported to the desired location at a maximum speed of 40 km/h, and installation is completed by re-authorizing the latitude–longitude position. This provides our producers with greater benefit over larger areas using a single machine during different production periods. This model is equipped with four propane gas cylinders.
General Technical Specifications
It is the first and only hail cannon machine with 100% local production.
It is manufactured using the latest technology and software in the world.
There is no equivalent. It is patented (2022/005402).
It is effective over at least 800 decares of land, and this effectiveness is proven.
The cost per decare is quite low.
It is easy and versatile to use.
When desired, the system can be operated:
Manually via the touch screen
By remote control
By sending SMS
Via GSM mobile phones with Android and iOS applications
Through a central computer or tablet
With the weather radar connection, the system automatically starts operating once it receives information that hailfall parameters have formed. If desired, it can also be monitored from our production center.
All components of our chimney are protected against corrosion with 8-micron hot-dip galvanization.
All automation units, the gas system and cylinders, and all other components that make up the machine are housed in an outdoor-resistant, anodized-painted, locked and secure sheet-metal cabinet.
With our registered Planus Impact Throat® PEB®, the high-frequency sonic sound waves produced are transmitted up to the desired altitude within the cloud. This increases the effectiveness of our machine and provides counteraction according to the hail formation height.
Without being next to the system, you can either call the machine and listen to the explosion sound, or visually monitor the explosion intensity with Planus dB Reading® PSO®. These features clearly transmit and verify the operating status of the machine remotely.
The gas–air mixture is critical for the explosion. Winds and storms that occur before hailfall affect this mixture and may cause the machine not to operate or reduce its effectiveness. With our registered invention, the Planus Gas Transmission System® PGS®, this problem is eliminated, ensuring complete combustion and consistent sound at the desired altitude at all times. It is unique and effective.
Fire safety is ensured with the Planus Fire Protection System® PYS®. In the event of a leak, all gas transmission and electrical loads are shut down. The system can be reopened manually after inspection.
The system draws all its energy from a 205 W monocrystalline solar panel and continuously generates the required power thanks to its gel battery. Energy optimization is provided by the built-in solar charge controller. All cabling consists of superior-quality products that ensure energy efficiency. All system data can be accessed remotely.
The system includes 4 special ignition spark plugs, 2 solenoid valves, and flame arresters, providing redundancy in case of possible failures and ensuring continuous operation.
Thanks to the gas leak vent valve, the entire system shuts down in the event of a gas leak. It must then be reopened manually.
The safety of our machines is ensured through alarm notifications. If desired, a camera system with DVR recording can be integrated. All cabling is flame-retardant and protected against lightning strikes.
The system operates with an industrial PLC and domestic software, which is superior to circuit-board-based systems. This enables full access to all information and technical control. It has two SIM cards, and communication is provided via SMS and Static IP.
